Sherry Odom is a dynamic leader at the intersection of business innovation and healthcare transformation. With over thirty years in business development, she has a proven track record of forging strategic partnerships, scaling initiatives, and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. Her expertise in ecosystem building and stakeholder engagement has been instrumental in launching high-growth ventures, structuring international policy, and building partnerships on a global scale—skills she now applies to advancing access to breakthrough neurologic care through NPA.
Recognizing a significant gap in access to neuroplasticity-based treatments, Sherry Odom shifted her career toward healthcare advocacy after witnessing firsthand the transformative effects of innovative, pharmaceutical-free approaches on neurological challenges within her own family—including her daughter and mother, who faced dyslexia and multiple sclerosis. As the Founder and Executive of Neuroplasticity Alliance (NPA), she leads initiatives to educate and empower those affected by neurologic dysfunction—the leading cause of disability in the United States, impacting one in two Americans. Under her guidance, NPA has evolved into a vibrant network dedicated to promoting safety, accessibility, and affordability in neuroplasticity interventions, which have been shown to accelerate recovery outcomes by 40–70% compared to traditional methods.
She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Masters Degree in International Studies and Environmental Management and an undergraduate degree in History and Political Science.
