Sherry Odom is the Founder and CEO of the Neuroplasticity Alliance (NPA), where she works to close the post-acute care gap by providing the education, recovery navigation, and evidence-based resources needed to empower individuals with neurological challenges to rewrite their future—while accelerating the broader adoption of applied neuroplasticity-based interventions.

With more than 30 years of expertise in marketing, business development, and advocacy, Sherry has built a track record of creating new markets and forging strategic partnerships that drive systemic change. She applies this experience at NPA to expand access to practical recovery tools and support pathways that help people navigate their neurological recovery journeys with greater clarity and confidence.

Her leadership is shaped by personal experience supporting family members through neurological conditions, reinforcing her commitment to both individual empowerment and ecosystem-level progress. Under her direction, NPA advances collaborative efforts that connect science, care, and community to make effective neuroplasticity solutions more available and actionable.

​Sherry holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and Environmental Management, along with undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science, from the University of South Carolina.
