Dr. Kultar is the Global Medical Director at Flow Neuroscience, which offers an innovative at-home brain stimulation headset for the treatment of pain and depression. He is also a General Practitioner who uses his keen interest in digital health and quality improvement to bring leading-edge care to his patients in West London.

 

Kultar sits as a standing member on NICE’s Quality Standards Advisory Committee and in the WONCA Working Party on Quality & Safety.
