Movement and mindfulness across the lifespan have been shown to support cognitive function, learning, and quality of life. As a Feldenkrais? Method of Somatic Education and Havening Techniques Practitioner, Dorothy Henning integrates movement and attentional awareness with neuroscience to support nervous system regulation, adaptability, and meaningful change.

At the core of Dorothy’s work is neuroplasticity, the brain’s capacity to reorganize itself through experience. This principle informs her approach to helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and develop greater self-regulation and resilience, even after injury, illness, or neurological challenges.

Dorothy has over twenty years of experience developing programs that explore the relationship between movement, perception, and the nervous system. She is the founder and creator of the My Move worldwide online community and VIP Aspire Premium. Her work brings together mindful movement and neuroscience to help people expand choice, move beyond trauma patterns, and live the life they want with greater ease, agency, and confidence.
